Dahua IPC-HDW2431TP-AS 4MP IR-30M IR Dome Network Camera

Description

Dahua IPC-HDW2431TP-AS 4MP IR-30M IR Dome Network Camera

The Dahua IPC-HDW2431TP-AS is a 4MP fixed-focal dome network camera designed for professional and commercial surveillance applications. Its compact eyeball/dome-style housing makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

The camera is equipped with a 4MP progressive CMOS image sensor and supports a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520 pixels. It can provide 4MP video at up to 20fps and 2560 × 1440 video at 25/30fps, delivering clear and smooth surveillance footage.

For nighttime surveillance, the camera features built-in IR LEDs with up to 30 meters of infrared illumination. Automatic or manual IR control allows the infrared illumination to be adjusted according to the environment.

The camera uses a fixed-focal M12 lens, with 2.8mm and 3.6mm lens options. The 2.8mm lens provides a wide 102° horizontal viewing angle, making it suitable for monitoring larger areas.

For challenging lighting conditions, the IPC-HDW2431TP-AS supports 120dB WDR, helping balance bright and dark areas within the same scene. It also supports BLC, HLC, 3D noise reduction, white balance, and gain control for improved image quality.

The camera supports Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ compression technologies, helping reduce bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining good image quality. It also supports ROI for prioritizing important areas of the video.

For additional security monitoring, the camera supports IVS functions such as tripwire and intrusion, along with motion detection and other security events.

A built-in microphone provides audio capture, while the integrated microSD card slot supports local storage. This allows recorded footage and audio to be stored locally without relying entirely on a network recorder.

The camera supports 12V DC and PoE, allowing power and network data to be transmitted through a single Ethernet cable when connected to compatible PoE equipment. Its IP67 protection rating makes it suitable for outdoor environments where protection against dust and water is required.
